Modesty is not their forte. And after their phenomenal success in India that cannot really be grudged that! They are called PARIKRAMA – literally meaning ‘revolving’ in Hindi, and boy, have they revolved around the sub-continent! Band members Chintan Kalra, Sonam Sherpa, Nitin Malik, Pt. Shambhu Nath, Rajat Kakkar, Saurabh Chaudhry and Subir Malik, all professionals leading a “regular” existence, come together when a musical fancy take over them to form Parikrama. Their mutual need to express the inexpressible through the medium of music, serves to make Parikrama a band to be reckoned with!
